Weather in Salamanca
In Salamanca you can find a continental climate. This means there are quite cold winters and hot summers. Spring and autumn are very short and least only several weeks. Therefore, the change from summer to winter and in reverse can be almost overnight.
Winters last from the end of September to early April and are quite cold, but mainly during the night. An average cold winter day is sunny with digital thermometers that say 7ºC.
Summer, in a contrary, is extremely hot with temperatures reaching sometimes 40ºC. The average is about 35 ºC during daytime and about 20ºC at night.
